Epoxy Mica Sheet

Intrduction

    Epoxy Commutator Mica Sheet comes in the form of 0.2mm to 2mm thick rigid laminated sheet after laminating, pressing and baking process, consists of quality muscovite or phlogopite mica paper impregnated with epoxy resin as binding agent.

    Fire resistance classification UL94 (94 V-0).

Properties

    Epoxy Commutator Mica Sheet is specially designed and developed with following characteristics:

    ○ Extreme moisture resistance;

    ○ Excellent electrical insulation properties;

    ○ Superior uniformity for close tolerances in thickness;

    ○ High mechanical strength, especially in compression;

    ○ Asbestos free and non-toxic.

Application

    Epoxy Commutator Mica Sheet is a hard and dense sheet designed for segments, separators and spacers, can be sheared and stamped into various complicated shapes.

    Tolerance: 0.1-0.9mm +/-0.015mm; 1.0-3.0mm+/-0.025mm;

    Size: 1000*600/1200mm;

    Customized strips or parts according to customer's drawing or requirements.

    Proper storage with temperature ≤40℃ and humidity ≥60% with BLCDMICA original package.
